Your media transport mods done on my Oppo 93 is quite awesome actually. The colors are richer. The motion is also smoother. Even the soundstage via HDMI (for audio) is better. Thanks!

Yes I'm very happy with the mod. It feels like a projector upgrade to me. Pictures are cleaner, looks
more 'HD' now. Colours are really nice and natural. Actions are smooth and my movie experiences are
much better than before.

The timbre of instruments and inner detail have improved significantly - pretty amazing.
The slam and bass tightness also improved from before.

Excuses that I waited so long with letting you know that I had received the DAC and how it sounds. I wanted to have time to judge it and let it play in (burn in ) a while. I am very pleased with the sound!

The next thing that happened got me sat up & really shockingly suprised was the bass definition slam I got from the track! The bass that came out was super taut, defined & has real bass slam! My 3 pair of bookshelf speakers I tried-including my Ls3A was like given a new lease of life!

I am SHOCKED! You have transformed my 840C to the big League!! Super black background, much higher resolution and inner details! And with HUGE soundstage too! I am enjoying my music so much more now! Incredible mod, well worth it.

Details on both vocals and on the instruments specially the acoustic guitar really came out. Not so savvy on audio terms but I think WOW says it all.... :)

The background is now SUPER QUIET and everything sounds more transparent and detailed. For the first time I can hear coughs in the background of some of my live recordings from the audience and the sounds of clapping. Even the raindrops sounds more natural and prominent.

Before the mod, everything sounds volume-tric, meaning I am not listening to music but sounds. By
the 3rd or 4th track (Cai Qin or Eagles), I am already asleep because of the fatigue, trying to hear the
music or even make sense of it. I got the 740C back and after hooking it up, no more ear or hear fatigue. There is the
music, the chords, the instruments, the stage, the separation, the vocal, the bass and everything. There
is no more loudness even though I crank up volume but really music, music and music.

I did some listening with my upgraded North star DAC. It does sound better, especially with the Sonos.
The grainy gritty mids is much less now. The sound stage n image feels larger and rock steady. There is more details and better texture to the sound. Overall very satisfying balance.
